Where do you train?

How often should I change my program?

The human body adapts to imposed demands quickly. Within 3-4 weeks your body adapts to the training routine and you plateau. The more fit you are, the faster you can adapt to training programs.

Personal training is expensive, how can I afford it?

Personal training is an investment in YOU. We're talking about your heart, lungs, bones, muscle etc.... Some people have no problem affording 1-3 training sessions per week while others can only afford once per month. Not everyone is in the same financial boat, work with what is comfortable for you.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For private home training he accepts both cash and PAYPAL / Credit Card. When training at his preferred gym, you can pay via cash, debit or credit card.
